How to store the properties of a Web service in its republishing ?

Hello,

Anyone know how to retrieve Web services properties from the ArcGIS Server administration console ?

My goal is to republish a service by keeping the previously defined properties.

I'm looking to automate this part because I administer about 80 web service.
