How to search layer service within the capacity of ArcGIS Server Admin?

I wanted to check whether the ArcGIS server returns the correct values from a published layer. I couldn’t figure out how to apply this search within the capacity of ArcGIS Server Admin.

Thank you

Best

Query or search options are not available in manager page. You can use it in rest services.

localhost:6080/arcgis/rest/services.

Are you referring to doing a identify/query on a layer at a specific location? Query (Operation)

You can run the  query operation directly from the REST endpoint for the specific layer at the bottom of the page.

Then just specify the input/output values

Thank you FC Basson for the answer.

In my case, I couldn’t find Query (Operation) at the bottom of the layer service page. How this operation can be activated?

Hi Jamal

Sorry I misunderstood your question.  I don't think the "search" capability exists within the REST API.  You could however use an iterative Python or Javascript process to run through the folders and services to list the layers, which outputs something similar to the Service Report functionality: Service Report
