How to edit the schema of a web scene layer shared with reference registered data option

I have done as the link below:https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/editing-workflows.htm

 Stop the services:

When add to Arcgis Pro:

Cannt add field with geoprocessing tool:

If anyone know where I went wrong and let I can update shcema of it?

Have you double-checked that the layer is editable? I've come across a similar error for hosted feature layers I forgot to make editable. I've also found that sometimes you have to add fields through the Portal item details page instead of Pro (at least for hosted feature layers), unfortunately.

I have made it editable when publish it like below screendump:

I tested it immediately after published it, so  should have no lock on the schema.

And I have seen a link whicn said:

My situation is that we have a feature layer accotiated with our web scene layer, do not know if it affect.
