How to add capabilities of ESRI Business Analyst Server to ArcGIS Server?

Hi all,

I want to publish the  Esri Business Analyst desktop output as map service for this the arcgis server requires Business Analyst capability. How to add that to arcgis server? One more thing ,  Esri Business Analyst Server is separate ESRI software product or Its extension of ArcGIS Server. 

Also From where I will get the setup?
