Enterprise Sites 10.9.1 data source filter

I have an Enterprise Site data portal using version 10.9.1. In a data category using the filters on the left side, I would like to be able to filter by data 'Source.' I have seen this filter appear on Hub sites. So if it is possible, how do I get this filter on an Enterprise site?
