ArcGIS Service Monitor DOS Scripts

I used to work with some ArcGIS Server monitoring scripts that were on ArcScripts. They were a series of DOS scripts and a few .exe files. I think it was developed by an Esri employee. 

Anyone know what that was called ("service monitor"???) and where to find it?

No, but that looks cool. That link looks like a way to analyze what's happening on the server, whereas the system monitor I was referring to would actively ping it with requests and check the responses.

That sounds like ArcGIS System Monitor (product).  But what about this:  https://gdbgeek.wordpress.com/2011/05/20/dynperfstat/ I know that the Author has gone on to create Qonda reports and monitor which is a valuable set of monitoring tools.  Check out the company Ope Ltd on ArcGIS MarketPlace.

I think those DOS scripts were a precursor to the ArcGIS System Monitor. They were written by someone at Esri, but posted on ArcScripts for free. 

My gut feeling is that wordpress link isn't the toolset I'm looking for, but hard to say since the link on the page is broken (or not presently working).

This is an older post, but since it popped up in my feed, I thought I would comment.

This statement is correct. The older scripts eventually evolved in to an esri Professional Services solution called "ArcGIS System Monitor", and after several years became an official product offering called "ArcGIS Monitor".

FYI, the latest iteration of ArcGIS Monitor 2023 was just released.
