ArcGIS Server 10.7.1: Which Mathematical equation relates between concurrent users and throughput (TPH)?

 

For example, in the screenshot below, using the Platform Capacity Calculator, the hardware\software specs produce a capacity of 89 concurrent users or 32,000 TPH.

 

Which math equations relates between concurrent users and throughput?
