ArcGIS Pro - Failed to add data from a WFS

I'm trying to add a feature layer to ArcGIS Pro 2.5 from the following WFS https://hazards.fema.gov/gis/nfhl/services/public/NFHL/MapServer/WFSServer. I am able to add the server to the server folder in ArcGIS Pro catalog but when I try to add a layer to the map I get the following error message "Failed to add data". I thought that I should be able to a layer to Pro from the WFS. I was wondering if this is an issue with Pro or the WFS?

Thanks,

Vince

I have the same problem with ArcGIS PRO 2.9.5

A few weeks ago it still worked.

Instead of trying to add the service to Catalog, just add it to the map directly using the Add Data button on the ribbon using "Add Data From Path" and use the url: https://dev-hazards.fematdl.net/arcgis/services/public/NFHL/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetCapabilit...
