ArcGIS Portal Upgrade - ArcGIS Web Services not working

Hi, after upgrading ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5 to 10.5.1 for all products (Portal, Server and Data Store) ... the existing ArcGIS Server web services cannot be accessed (see attached). 

I can successfully Federate ArcGIS Portal with ArcGIS Server and validate Data Store without issues. ArcGIS Enterprise is installed on Azure cloud servers.

Howdy!

Can you get to the REST endpoints directly? Can they be accessed over both http and https?

The best thing to do is to open Fiddler (or Dev Tools) and see exactly what call to the server is failing
