Hi Guys,

I'm getting some trobles with ArcGIS Geoevent 10.7.1. It's looks a problem on the Geoevent Gateway service. When I'm triyng to access the geoevent manager https://XXXXXma01:6143/geoevent/manager/login.html?url=index.html, the follow message is shown:

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is waiting for a connection to the Zookeeper. If this takes too long, contact System Administrator to make sure Gateway is properly running.

I'm also was looking for log files, and got thoses messages bellow in the file X:\ArcGIS\Server\Geoevent\gateway\log\gateway.log

Does anyone had this problem?

The environment is:

AWS Instance r4.xlarge Windows Server 2016

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1

What I have discovered with ArcGIS GeoEvent 10.7.1 is the ArcGIS Server site cannot be created with the configuration store in AWS for GeoEvent Gateway Service to work properly.  I suspect, even though the instance has full access to both the S3 bucket and DynamoDB, that somehow the Gateway Service (which is required to get Zookeeper working right) is unable to communicate.  Once I deleted the AWS Site and created it on the instance, Gateway and GeoEvent worked as they should.
