ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1: What is the benefit of saving the edits in delta tables (add\delete) while working with “non-move edits to base” traditional versioned feature class?

I couldn’t figure out the benefits of saving the edits in delta tables (add\delete) while working with “non-move edits to base” traditional versioned feature class knowing that both “non-move edits to base” and “move edits to base” traditional versioned feature class have the undo\redo options
