Maybe thats a stupid question, but I cannot find the answer anywhere. A customer asks, which version of ArcGIS is required to publish web scenes. I know, that ArcGIS Pro and Portal are neccessary (when not using AGOL), but can anyone point me to an info in which version web scenes were introduced? Thanks a lot.
