Hey Folks,
I have some issue with regrds to registering a paper map on a GTCO roll-up II digitizer. Everytime I enter the coordinates and have a relatively low rms error the styles on the map jumps to the extreme lower right on my screen (doesn't show up in the right spot) Any ideas points that I can try? I checked the the lats where actually associated with the y and vice versa for longs vs X. I'm in the N hemisphere.
Any help suggestions welcomed and appreciated.
