I am about to publish a web service with points features on the Portal of my Organization.
My intention is to do it through a Map Image Service enabled for time variations.
The ultimate goal is to publicly share a fixed scale Web Map with the points grouped by clusters.
Therefore it would not be possible to directly view the exact position of each point via Web Apps: they are sensitive data in terms of privacy.
Although the individual points are not visible via client, I would like to know if someone can theoretically access the web service and obtain the exact positions.
If so, is there any workflow to suggest to get around this risk?
