Hello, I upgraded to ArcGIS 10 a year or so ago, but I still have some maps that were originally made in 9.3. When I open them in 10, the ruler in layout view does not show up. The ruler bar is there but it only has one line on it, not the whole ruler.
I did figure out how to fix it once, but for the life of me I can't figure it out now. I've spent way too much time beating my head against the wall trying to fix this thing. Can anyone help? Please!
