Apps created in Portal for ArcGIS using app templates do not open after creation. The are fully functional while configuring, but fail to load when launched. The web app is created, but still will not open. Even tried creating the app through My Content>App>Using Template and got same result as doing it through the web map. There are no problems with web app builder. Anyone seen this issue or have any idea what is causing it?
