im taking over someone else’s portal and I’m trying to update a web layer inside a web app builder app for portal 10.5 and server 10.5 and after a few failed attempts I think I have the web app updated but now I’m wondering if other apps were using that layer. ArcGIS server is reporting this error below. How can I fix this issue? Thanks for any advice.
