I have boundary polygons created from Google Earth and then brought into ArcGIS.
When I overlay these polygon boundaries over a correctly georeferenced Satellite image, it has an error of approximately 100 m which has been inherited from Google Earth's inaccuracy.  The issues of projection has been already correctly addressed.
The polygon data is large, so digitising again is not an option.
What can I do?

hi,

if the discrepancy is even all over the data, then you can select all of them together and just drag it.
or you can make a multipart feature and correct it with geo-referencing

if discrepancy is uneven, you can still make a multipart and do rubber-sheeting evenly.

What about using "Spatial Adjustment" tool to tweak the referencing? This allows for 1 point or many point transformations, and multiple adjustment methods.
