Error 500 at portal for ArcGIS certificate install.

Hi all,

I am trying  to add my  domain certificate to my  Portal but I get  tris error code 500, unable to import certificate.

Have sou Everton Gottéron thaïs issue? Thé certificate is a domain certificate for thé server, I got no errors while installing portal and webadaptor.

Have you figured this out or got some help from ESRI support service?

I have seen the same error on my end, after some investigation, I found that the patch "Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 Enterprise Sites 2 Patch" was the cause for the error. Is it/was it the same for you?

Hi Jonas,

It was not related to the patch. We ask the IT department to re-issue a new certificate for us and it worked. I guess the format was not correct in the first place.
