Convert coordinates of a shape file

I have a shapefile (map) in South_Pole_Lambert_Azimuthal_Equal_Area coordinates.
Is it possible for me to change it so it is projected in UTM WGS 1984 coordinates?

It all looks fine in the arcmap screen, but I want to export it and measure the distance between
the coastline and some tracks using the geospatial modelling environment, so I need the coordinates of the two to match.\
(the tracks are in UTM WGS 1984 zone 21s coordinates).
