Where to find a US county shapefile with 3108 counties?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a shapefile that contains 3108 contiguous counties in US. Any information or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

There's 3143 counties available in the following layer:

You can use the Feature class to shapefile tool in ArcGIS Pro to export this to a shapefile.
