Where is V11 Web Map Compatibility Utility?

Good Afternoon, 

We completed our update to V11. Web Maps created by Arc Pro are incompatible with the new version. We heard there is a utility for updating the webmap compatibility. Does anyone know where this utility is located and how to use it?

Web maps and services published from ArcGIS Pro are fully supported with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0. Services published from ArcMap are no longer supported. There should be no need to upgrade any of the web maps, only the services / layers if they were published from ArcMap.

Thank you for your reply, however. Our webmaps published from ArcPro seem to be incompatible. The webmap names are missing and the webmaps  give errors when attempting to access.. It looks something like this...

I ran the UpdateArcMapServices tool and it also did not help. Did you run into anything like this during upgrade.
