Unable to create a "Site" in Arc GIS Portal

Hi,

So we are on arcgis enterprise v11.3. we have been unable to create a "Site Hub" in Portal. We had an existing site but we are unable to save and publish.

Has anyone had a similar experience and/or can offer ideas on what we might check to resolve this. Experience builder Storymaps and other apps work fine.

Could you please share the error screen shot?

Also , check if relation database is validating from your hosting server.

Could you check privileges. Go to Organization >Settings> Roles. Verify your role has:Create and edit sites, Publish hosted web apps, and Update items privileges.

Could you try creating a brand new site from scratch. If this works, the issue may be with the existing site’s item permissions or corrupted JSON.

Could you open your site in edit mode. Check the developer logs while saving/publishing and find whats in network log

Verify Portal URL Settings from portaladmin> System> Properties, check if WebContextURL matches your public Portal URL
