Hi All,
I am unable to register secured OGC WMS service as an item in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1
OGC WMS service is published on WebLogic 10.3 (https enabled) in Window server 2008.
Error while registering the URL as an item in Portal - Service does not exist or inaccessible.
Few points to note-
-ArcGIS for Portal 10.4.1 is installed and configured in Linux SUSE Enterprise 12.
-ArcGIS Web Adaptor is configured on Apache Tomcat 8.032 web server.
-All SSL certificates are configured properly in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1
-I am able to access the secured OGC WMS Service successfully in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4.1
-I am able to register same OGC WMS Service with unsecured connection in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1
-Both the OGC WMS Service and Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1 are in same domain.
-I am able to register the same secured OGC WMS service in ArcGIS for Portal if I enable "Access data sources across domain" in internet explorer
