I'm trying to create the stage Utility network in Enterprise geodatabase . I followed all the steps from (1) Creating an Enterprise Geodatabase using OSA login, (2) Stage Utility Network. When I run the tool Stage Utility Network I get the error "ERROR 001905: OS Autenticated user cannot create a utility network or trace network."
I am having the requirement to create the stage utility network and Apply AssetPackage with OSA login.
