Problem with GP publishing (ModelBuilder to GP service)

Hello. I'm still trying to solve a problem with publishing elevation services in an offline portal (my previous post here). According to the official documentation, one of the scenarios is to create a model in ModelBuilder and the next step is to share it directly from the model to the portal as a GP service.

In my case, when I add a new ArcGIS Server connection in ArcGIS Pro, the system blocks the credential fields and the connection type field, so I can't proceed (see the attached image). I signed in to ArcGIS Pro as an administrator, and my server is already federated with the portal (Organization > Settings > Servers). Everything was done successfully, and it is set as the hosting server at https://myportal.mydomain:6443/arcgis. Where is the problem?

Thank you.

Hey @PaulJohns

The reason that you're not able to edit the credentials is because your Server is federated to your Portal, and it's using Portal tier authentication based on the logged in user to ArcGIS Pro, this should give you access to the server information within. When you say that you can't proceed, what does that mean? I believe you can hit the "Ok" button and proceed with adding the server.

Hey @CodyPatterson , Unfortunately, it's not an easy decision. I have already connected to my server and currently have access to my services, but when publishing Model Builder (from geoprocessing history), I don't have the option to share it as a GP service (see my attachments and comments). Only packages or SD files are available, and processing as packages or SD files always yields negative results.
