I need urgant help in arcgis portal.

How are you guys, i installed arcgis portal and web adapter with all configuration (work fine) but  i entered on portal admin page to edit web adapter link from system tab, then i restated arcgis server and portal services. All pages (home, admin, manager, rest) not working and the main admin user of portal not access to portaladmin pages. (i think its blocked). what is the solution ???? Plz.

It would help if you could provide some more info on your deployment:

- What release of the software are you using?

- What authentication did you set for ArcGIS Server? for Portal for ArcGIS?

- Can you please elaborate on exactly which step (during the installation or set-up) did you encounter your issue? Please provide specific steps. Perhaps reference the help topic where you ran into the problem.

- Is this a brand new install on a new machine? or was ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS installed on the machine previously?
