I have something like 126 pages worth of content in my organization but only six pages are relevant. Almost all the data came with the default Portal installation. Is there a way to hide this content from other users, so it doesn't show when they view data in the organization. The data I'm trying to remove/filter belongs to built in users named esri-nav and esri-apps. I've tried assigning the data to groups but that doesn't seem to work. It looks like the majority of the data is just for advertisements. An example would be an item named ArcGIS Pro. When I click to view the item details I am just directed to a marketing page.
