I have a user who would like to be able to edit the forms in Field Maps Designer but I am having trouble making it available to them, looking for help!
Their account is a Creator/Publisher and I have also tried setting it to Creator/User but no luck there and the help docs I have found so far state that Publisher should be able to do it, so i left them as Creator/Publisher.
However when going into the map item's settings the user does not see the "Open In Field Maps Designer" button. I thought this may be because they are not the Owner of that item, so I have been looking for a way to make them the Owner.
The only way i found to do that is to move all the items under one account to their account and i don't want to do that, I just want to do it for the singular map item. All the help docs I am finding to do this for a single item are focused on Online and not Enterprise, and the interface elements described in the doc do not appear in Enterprise.
So firstly I am wondering if I am missing something in making the Field Maps Designer form editor available to the user under their type/role settings, and if those are correct, if the Ownership of the item is what is keeping them from being able to access it, and if not, what am I missing to let them use Field Maps Designer on this map?
