Within the COGO transverse window I am not able to set a direction for my bearing within Arcgis 10... For example in order to enter South 89 degrees 58 minutes 54 seconds East I used to enter 89.5854-2 during the 9.3 days but now it will not allow me to "add" the segment with the Southeast direction (-2') on it. Any suggestions on what to do?
