Hi I have ArcGIS Desktop 10.3.1 trying to connect to Portal 10.4 federated with ArcGIS Server 10.4
We have HTTPS and IWA configured in portal
When connecting to portal from ArcGIS Administrator using https://webadaptor.domain.com/arcgis,
I get following error message
"the url specified does not appear to have a running arcgis portal"
I have also tried the solutions suggested in but neither works
ArcGIS for Desktop Cannot Connect Portal With Active Directory Sign In
and
url specified does not appear to have a running ArcGIS Portal
The portal is up and running. Any suggestions?
