How do ArcMap format tags work in languages such as Arabic that read/write from right to left?
On my PC with US culture & language, it appears that the tags must be written left to right as in <UND>ث�?اث</UND> and not </UND>ث�?اث<UND>. Is this correct or is it an artifact of using my PC with a "left to right language/culture"?
