I was assigned to create an application with 3 actors: requestor, approver 1 and approver2. I created Field Map for requestor which is fine. The approver1 needs to see details of requests (not editable for him) and fill in with name, and accept or deny. I created one point feature class for requestor, including fields for approver. What I need to do is the following:
Requestor fill in details of request. The approvers fields doesn't show to him or they are not editable.
Approver access request but this time all request details are not editable but only those specific for him (name, accept/deny)
I read about creating a feature view for requestor and approver but the field properties like Allow/Not allow editing cannot be changed.
Can anyone give me idea of work around for this user case? Thank you!
