Hi,

I used to install ArcGIS Enteprise v11 base development using ArcGIS Enterprise Builder (ArcGIS_Enterprise_Builder_Windows_110_182911.iso) on Windows Server 2022 Datacenter with IIS 10. After the installation the following error appear:

I tried to verify if it was a certificate problem but reading

https://enterprise.arcgis.com/it/portal/latest/administer/windows/enable-https-on-your-web-server-po...

I didn't found information about IIS 10. The documentation present the following "add site binding window" that doesn't exist in IIS 10, where I have the following options:

Do you have any idea?

Thank you

Giuseppe

You should not have a 7443 binding in IIS, since that would prevent Portal for ArcGIS from binding on that port. IIS is used to host the ArcGIS Web Adaptor and typically is bound to the standard HTTP and HTTPS ports (80 and 443, respectively).

I would try removing that binding from IIS Manager, then restart the Portal for ArcGIS service, then see if you are able to load the Portal Home application.
