ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0\Pro 3.0.2: How a “data store” can be deleted when grayed out and said that “this data store was registered through your portal and cannot be unregistered”?

I couldn’t figure out how a “data store” can be deleted when grayed out and said that “this data store was registered through your portal and cannot be unregistered”

Have to tried to go into Portal to find this item and delete it from there instead of ArcGIS Server Manager?
