I just deploy a Portal in azure using ArcGIS cloud Builder, azure gave me this URL http://mxxxxxz.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com/portal/home/ and I want to use https://gis.vieques.com/portal/home I know that in azure my IP must be dynamic. and my TTL Certificate is from GODADDY. I know that before do this http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/cloud/azure/install-ssl-certificate.htm i need to configure that everytime I hit gis.vieques.com/porta/home it redirect me to https//mxxxxxz.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com/portal/home/ but i am totally lost and I haven't found any documentation from esri to do this and the one from microsoft it uses IP and I cannot use IP for this machine.
Any idea where I can found the steps to setup this?
