Cloud Builder 10.8 Azure Networking Options

On the Networking Options page under Virtual Network Options, there is a drop down for "Subnet" and "Application Gateway Subnet". All of the subnets on my Virtual Network display under "Subnet", but only a couple display under "Application Gateway Subnet". What would disqualify a subnet from being chosen as the App Gateway Subnet?

Perhaps it is because the Subnet I want to use already has a connected AppGateway, so I will ask the question a different way: Can Cloud Builder create a site utilizing an existing AppGateway?
