Hi all,

I've recently taken up a new position as a GIS Specialist at a small nonprofit. Normally we operate using Azure sponsorship credits - which have been depleted for this year, and the monthly storage costs of our Azure data is getting prohibitive. We operate with one VM that houses our ArcGIS Server and Enterprise DataStore. Because of I'm guessing, the nature of Azure blob storage, it's very difficult to see what is eating up so much of our space.

I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar setup and how I may go about looking into the Portal Content or the Datastore to determine what features we have that are taking up the most space. I'd like to be able to make a dent in our organization's storage costs. I use AGO Assistant occasionally but I haven't seen any tools in there that give a good assessment of service size.

I'm very new to Azure and the server-side specifics of Enterprise (beyond being just an end-user) and doing my best to get acquainted with the complexity! Any resources or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Henry

Only the portal content and I think map cache can exist within BLOB storage. You can use something like Azure Storage Explorer to access your containers, but I don't think they'll give you the total size of all items; you'd need to write some script to collect that information:
