No portal content after import from webgisdr 10.9.1

HI. Today we need to restore a backup from webgisdr file.

The original machine was created in azure with azure bloud builder.

We created a new machine with also the enterprise cloud builder in azure and follow all the instruccions for make compatible to import the backup from webgisdr file.

After the import, the portal show the folders but the items are missing descriptions.

Server show services and rest.

Do a reindex but no change.

I've seen this behaviour before following an upgrade in a test environment. We fixed this by performing the reconfigure operation, which is on the same admin page as reindex.

@josevaldes1, to add onto this if the Portal for ArcGIS Reconfigure operation is unsuccessful I would encourage you to open a ticket with Support.
