Download page for Enterprise Cloud Builder?

Where do I download ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder? All the blog posts and instruction pages say to download it at My Esri however using the search feature in My Esri just leads me back to those original blog posts and instruction pages.

Go to the downloads section of MyEsri, click on the details button for ArcGIS Enterprise <version number> Windows, and it's about half way down the page in the Product Component section. You should see two options, one for AWS and the other for Azure.
