We are currently load testing our deployment using JMeter. In multiple runs, we are experiencing a 30% failure rate when we crack up concurrency. Our initial auto scale out trigger was set to 80% CPU usage for 5 minutes. However, the CPU usage never gets consistently high enough to add another instance to the site.
What is the best metric/level you've found to trigger a scale out event for ArcGIS Enterprise in the cloud?
