I have a Portal for ArcGIS shared by multiple departments, and they only want their respective administrator to have full access to their data/app created in Portal for ArcGIS, unless explicitly given access rights.
However, there is a default Portal Administrator account in Portal for ArcGIS that has full access rights to everything. I will be good if there is a way to omit Portal Administrator account from access any data (unless given rights), or have a separate Data Administrator role to separate the function from administrating the data from portal.
