GeoRSS Feed Capabilities in ArcGIS Server

Add a new capability to ArcGIS Server : GeoRSS feed.
I could be great for transportation industry, public safety, etc...
Then, add new standard data source to desktop application, Mobile applications, and web application, (already done in ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight).

Very valuable for expanding adoption of Server in the "crowd" community.  GeoRSS is discipline-agnostic, so this is not a niche request for a particular (and perhaps small) industry.

GeoRSS as an additional capabilitie for a Map Service would be very useful.   Perhaps the configuration would let you pick which feature class within the map to enable as GeoRSS and let you pick a date field within that feature class.
