Enterprise custom Administrator role with disable data store privileges

Hi,

I would like to make a suggestion for ArcGIS Enterprise custom roles.

As much as possible we want our users to have access they need on there work however giving them a full administrator account is not possible due to some reasons.

Can we introduce a custom role in Enterprise that will allow user to have privilege in Groups, Content, Sharing, Content Analysis and Features but has disabled edit, data and delete data store.

Currently we have a custom role we use the has this privileges and want to have the data store capability to be disabled.
