As we ingest data, we need to use the Java API through SDE adaptation to bring the data into the Oracle Spatial environment. However, we are limited by single threading. Most systems now support multi-threading. ESRI products must support such enhancements or developers will continue to impliment oracle spatial as there 'ingest' solution.
