When working with elevation profile, the values for survey plan, ESRI world contour and profile viewer seems to be different. In the future, it will be best to mask out those numbers and outline only in the profile viewer.
Also, add text box under profile viewer tool for content creator to be used as a disclaimer as suggested below . "Disclaimer: This profile viewer for project X was created as a courtesy to our customers A for identification and outline purposes only. The cited link and generated profile and contour from the system shall make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the content's validity or height accuracy. "
