Only owners or administrators can overwrite their items in Portal. We receive many requests in our organization to transfer ownership of items. Users want to be able to modify content within a group themselves. They do not want to wait if someone is absent for longer vacation or other absence.
It would be very helpful if a user could define another user as a deputy who is able to change his items in Portal.
