Change the naming convention of "User Types" from the esri specific naming to generic naming convention that is flowed in IT industry. Generic user type names help understand / convey license types not only to GIS persons but also to non GIS users like Admin, IT Admins, finance, accounts etc.
I feel following naming convention in "User Type" will help every one
Viewer - No change
Editor - Basic
Field Worker - Standard
Creator - Advanced
GIS Professional - Desktop
