Regular backups are an important aspect of managing one's ArcGIS Server site. The
Site Backup utility makes this process easy, and is required to restore a downed site. However many people may not realize this feature exists and/or realize it exists too late!
Consider adding a feature that periodically takes backups of your site on a recurring basis. This could be configured at site creation (including the option to disable this for those who want to manually manage backups.)
