Today is the translation of consumed custom Services and custom GP Tools non existing.
The idea is to allow the Administrator to use a custom Portal library. This Library is structured on one or many identifiers.
Through Identifiers like Language (which is a setup option for user in Portal) the user is able if wanted to have a custom Item shown with translation.
Use case: Enterprise Environment that is deployed in multiple countries
